Arresting someone for that is ludicrous - it's beyond stupid and, to put on my Daily Fail hat, it's political correctness gone mad.
If he can be arrested for that then almost any user of b3ta can be done under the same laws. How many times have the Twin Towers been shopped? How many Maddie jokes have been made. And don't get me started on Sickepeida.
This is stupid law administered by stupid people.
