I pull over whenever I see a car by the side of the road
Every single time I broke down in the past, the RAC switchboard was always too busy. Back then I would have loved for someone to stop and help. Now I've learned to do it myself, I try to make the world a little happier place to be in. Same with people looking lost - I'll always go offer directions politely.
I just can't imagine walking past a medical emergency like nothing serious had happened.

That's really rather sinister sounding
I do hope you aren't implying I'm a bad sort. I didn't say "I have taken drunk people home" before, because that sounds bad. But I've helped a guy who was passed out next to the river when I was walking back one night, one who was wandering around in my street, and one girl who'd had several bottles of wine that night - helped all of them to get home. I feel I must state that they went to *their* homes (not mine) with neither hanky-panky nor rumpy-pumpy, and I never saw any of them again.
