This is a normal post I'd like it as a national scheme
people with a clean record for a year or two are on the lottery database and a small percentage win a portion of the fines.

The government will only spend it on hookers and holiday houses anyway, why shouldn't we? ;-)

This is a normal post I think it's a terrible idea
It means every one's car that passes that camera gets its registration number stored. It is just a sceme to track your every move.
