My sister still lives and works in Torbay (where I grew up) and has met this guy recently while working with the police. WTF!? Do any of you have a super hero in your town? I see that there are a few on facebook.

It's nice he's doing charity work but the costume, business cards etc are a bit too much. Why doesn't he become a Special Police Constable?
