I have Crohn's disease and I've been told that it's possible to have transient lactose intolerance, which basically means when the Crohn's is having a go at my digestive tract then I have the same problem as someone who is fully lactose intolerant.
However, there is more. One of the theories of what causes crohn's disease is that there's a bacteria in milk that's harmless to most people, but with a small percentage it'll turn them into a chocolate sprinkler (like myself).
Either way I find that milk upsets my Crohn's, so I avoid it and it's easier telling people I'm lactose intolerant than explaining the above.

Your videos are awesome! The Japanese racing one in particular nearly made me wet myself.
