Those must be "normal" (?) launches from abt 4.000 feet.
The surreal effect is given by a strong lens distortion and by the video being slowed down.
at 0:10, for example, you see the trousers waving in the wind. In real life, they shake as hell.
And no plane would be able to take the so high :-)
