I didn't see any red lights and he didn't run into any pedestrians in the clip I saw. Was it part of a longer film?

He was parked in a cycle lane which is illegal and it looks like he could have parked in the car forecourt instead.

If you're unloading, which is != parked. Also, reversing that lot into the forecourt would mean pointing it right across the road and getting in everyone's way, and that cunt would still shout at him anyway.

No running of red lights or mowing down pedestrians. Just a bit of shouting. Which many drivers (me included) do habitually from within the safety of their car.
