They do that with wild bears here.
I spoke to a ranger once who said that once they taste human blood, that becomes a food source. I suppose if tigers were the same, they might start attacking trainers, although IMHO one should never turn their backs on even a "domesticated" big cat.
Where's Jahled? He should have an opinion.
