If you believe his defence, the exchange was more like:
Anton Ferdinand: 'What? did you call me a black cunt?'
Terry: 'Fuck Off! 'Black Cunt'?'
Which is him repeating what Ferdinand said incredulously.
Not sure I quite buy it myself, mind...
