You just need to sack the cunts who are confusing "promoting your band and therefore earning their 10%" with "making the unpaid intern spam a bunch of interweb boards." and it will be perfect.

Yeah, and not in a good way
I was very impressed for a minute or two... we're used to seeing some pretty good production quality round here, so I didn't twig.
I feel dirtier than Tabby's "weekend bag" :-(
