Seems to be technical response to when folks just stop following the rules of driving in a country
How do you therefore continue with insurance for nice cars when everyone else is just doing WTH they like n using theirs like a dodgem car?
You stick a camera in every car you insure so you can plainly see all the dickheads being dickheads, and the internets love you!
