I can't for the life of me work out why he said that. The only explanation is he is a horrible nasty little man. He said he looks back on his own experience and remembers it as a lifetime of euphoria and bliss experienced outside of time, yet he wants other people's experiences to be detrimental to them. WTF?

he doesn't want to encourage anyone to try recreational drugs, because drugs are officially bad, m'kay.
