This is a link post Tropical Lego Birds.
A few of you may remember the British Bird Series this guy did, he's now done a Tropical Birds Series (only small so far).

I think you can actually order specific lego pieces, i think, i'm not sure.

is more sophisticated than i thought. Hope to see them on sale, although Lego always seems a bit pricey. I would buy the Robin.

This is a normal post he was trying to get the sets manufactured, there is a poll page on the lego website, if your set gets enough votes over a certain timescale they put it into production.
I don't know if he succeeded or not.
