as said before, in the united kingdoms of britland, if the tickets not on the car, it's not been issued.
standing in front of the car you'll never be able to afford to deliberately block it in, purposely getting in the way of it and pretending you've been run over by it counts as just being a massively jealous prick.

Are you saying that if it was a 1997 Mondeo he'd have had a point, but because the policeman couldn't afford this car he deserved to be driven over?
Is it not a reasonable thing to not drive over anyone, policeman or otherwise, regardless of whether or not you're claiming rich-ponce immunity?
