They've been doing this sort of thing for months,
"the band stages politically provocative impromptu performances about Russian political life in unusual locations, such as on top of a trolleybus or on a scaffold in the Moscow Metro" according to Wikipedia. On top of a trolleybus in particular is a very stupid thing to do, goodness knows how they got up there.
