I tried to do a backflip...
...on a bouncy castle once. Landed on my head and my neck made a kind of crunchy sound. For a moment I thought I was going to be paralysed for the rest of my life. I can't watch these kinds of accidents any more because it takes me back to that moment. And I wince uncomfortably.
