I did wonder about insurance but I would assume a general situation of under-insurance given the nature of the industry globally. Also probably something about Mafia, but mostly something about really jolly good value cheese. A little bit of dust never killed someone. 5 second rule or something.

£10 a kilo should get you 24 month Parmesan. Add on shipping, yadda yadda and "good value" should be running at about £15.
