It's irritating the way Republicans get away with all this sh*t, but any prominent Democrat campaigner comes out and says "they're a bunch of foaming mentalists", arguably far closer to the truth, would be political suicide.

It's actually kinda creepy in another way
all these people being pressed on why Romney is the best man for the job, all the words pour out of their mouths: collections of sound-bites and half heard snippets, most of which don't connect with the question they've been asked. It's like they've been tied to a chair for a month and brainwashed, which probably isn't far from the truth.
