Assange isn't under arrest, hasn't being under arrest, wasn't and isn't in custody, doesn't fall under military jurisdiction
So not really similar. Manning has my pity, wikileaks barely mention him as it's become a personality cult which thrives not on truth but fears... perfect material for a politician.
