A fellow cat whisperer, eh?
Before visiting a mate recently I was warned about his vicious cat. Once I was sitting on his sofa she proceeded to sit on my lap and purr happily for my whole visit. Once I got up to leave she decided to attack my mate's ankles.

Haha, I've had similar experiences
Round a friends and just about to pick up the cat and my mate shouts, 'NOOOO, she'll have your face off!!' I picked her up and tickled her to a purring mess and she followed me down the garden path when I left :)
