I created a programme that could be used to make text adventures, and my understanding is that the best way to test it is to see if it can run Doom. Great news, it sort of can. E1M1: A Text Adventure is the result. An FPS of the imagination that runs in a browser, only uses the mouse and textually simulates the first map of Doom.
