Charity Christmas Doctor Who book - and a request

I've been working with a group of writers over the past couple of years doing the layout work on anthologies that they've been putting together for charity. Now, with that out of the way... Something that I'm sure I first saw on here, but I can't get the search terms together to find it, either here or on YT...
It was a music video, where they'd taken all the key frames out, so the whole video was essentially one long trippy glitch.
Not much to go on, I know.
