Performances like this, and moments like this let us step into that time. I occasionally get obsessed by a weird little Youtube performance from years gone by. I've never heard of these folks before your post. Will certainly check them out. It's the same way I discovered the wonderful Cardiacs.

This will always be one of the defining moments of my student memories
Eating 200 magic mushrooms cos I had no idea how many you had to take and watching Woodstock followed by the first ever episode of The Tube where they played this song live. The only version on YouTube is by some cunt who thought cutting off the beginning was teh smartz.
I played the 12 inch version of this till the needle nearly came thru the vinyl. Still raises the hairs on my arms.
