Further to the link below about chickens, I came across this - in the US they are planning to make it illegal to keep chickens in an urban environment.

I love chickens and think everyone should be able to have their own chickens. They don't smell, but chicken shit does. But so does every other type of shit...that's just shit for you.
Chickens are lovely. The provide eggs and are curious and friendly individuals.
My favourite one was called Ethel and she used to lay blue eggs.
