Level 4 had me on the run on the first attempt.
Seems as though you only have one life. wasd or cursors keys to play.

In Chrome, the bottom few pixels of this game do not display, so you can't see the path to follow on the bottom, making it a frustrating exercise in futility.

Just like any other online game, really...
