According to the BBC News website, this call was made by somebody in Chatham... my hometown.
I can verify that this person is not alone in the frequent use of sentences such as "I ain't bein funny, but..." and "At the end of the day"
Although, when you look past the Chavs, I actually quite enjoy living here!
