I went to see Steel Panther while in San Diego
I had no idea who they were, I just walked past the bar/club where they were playing and decided I fancy some live music and a drink with my friend, so we went in.
It was a very surreal night. Trying to work out if they were for real or not did not take too long, but even when it became clear that having midgit crowd surfing races and classic songs such as "Asian Hooker" meant these guys were not for real, it was still quite some show! If you ever get the chance to see them live, do, they are a bizarre yet brilliant freak show!
Lots of women like to get the kazongas out at the gig as well... california has an vast array of brilliant breast.

Amazing musicians
and very funny CD. Some of the songs are a touch too "cringe-metal" for my tastes but songs like this one are ace! :D
