Not a fan of true crime, but I do like watching real courtroom cases, and the yanks televise theirs.
tldw: prosecutor, investigator and crime tech were all dicks, who tried to hide evidence from defense discovery by either not filing it or filing it under a different case number, and got found out on the second day of trial. Might have got baldwin behind bars if they'd played with a straight bat. this clip is the prosecutor taking the witness stand to attempt to defend her actions and floundering

I always thought
the prosecution should have angled the case against Baldwin the producer, not Baldwin the actor. On set, the actor holding the gun (in my opinion) holds less responsibility than the person who told them it was safe, or their boss (who was, in this case, the same person as the actor). You have to trust the experts on set, but the buck stops at the top.

the prosecution were just incompetent and corrupt, in my view, so it never got that far. even in the video above her little speeches show a lack of understanding of lawcraft. she declined to deny under oath that she'd called Baldwin a cocksucker to a witness, but thinks saying because the defense, who aren't on the witness stand, won't say which witness it was, than that needs to be noted?
