Is that the Baltic Flour mills from years ago?
I stayed on the quayside but never managed to pull a bird coining the phrase "I've got an apartment on the quayside. Fancy coming back to have a look at it?" Shame really as I was a bit of a looker back then, I've left myself go a bit nowadays. Anyway I digress....

I tried the same quayside apartment ploy which almost works if the lass is a bit squiffy.
If they are sober they realise its a flat in Byker
