Yeah that was a major drawback to the HeadmastersI've got a couple without heads though I do have a couple of spare heads for others that I picked up at a car boot sale for abut 10p each. The other problem was that they tended to be kinda blocky to incorporate the gimmick - the Targetmasters that were released alongside them are better as they don't suffer from either of these issues.

The novelty of the transforming head wore off pretty quick.Don't remember TargetMasters, although I do recall going off Transformers when Pretenders were released, as it struck me as a particularly stupid gimmick.
