I actually quite like the KoL singer's voice.
But I can see how it's annoying.

Biafra, though - he's like the Talk Talk guy but not musical.

That said, his lyrics are good - Holiday In Cambodia is superb - "Playing ethnicky jazz to parade your snazz on your five grand stereo, bragging that you know how the niggers feel cold and slum's got so much soul ..."
