I think you were doing it wrong, if it blew up.Friend of mine carbonated milk in his SodaStream - he made the mistake, so we wouldn't have to.

How the hell can you do it wrong?Fill bottle, insert tube into bottle, stand bottle in Sodastream, close Sodastream, press button on top, Sodastream blows up. Carbonated milk everywhere.
