I don't think so,Just a fucking nutjob.
She shows more nutjob tendancies than OCD tendancies.
Though she does visciously rattle the gear stick in neutral several times repeatedly whenever she parks-up. No - that's not tautology - she'll rattle it several times and then pause and then rattle it again ... and again.
