I've spent more than enough time,watching the nurses in the paediatric ITU look after my, and others', newborns. Fantastic people, doing an incredible job. Not once did I think, "Wow, you guys are excellent babysitters."
"Damning with faint praise," is the phrase I'm looking for, here.
