I recently went to a Subhumans gig. A punk band from 'back in the day' where a bunch of paunchy balding 40 something blokes gathered at the front of the gig wearing faded stretched t-shits grinning at each other waiting to start thrashing about like we used to, we were tanked up on cider (but not cheap amphetamines this time). Dick & the boys came on and we started to mosh about...then had to have a bit of a rest. So it was throughout the gig the side of the 'mosh pit' was a few red faced fat bastards trying not to have a heart attack getting their breath back before leaping back in.
