I used to work for a bank..The reason I haven't posted is I couldn't separate one horror story out of the hundreds, and hundreds...
Hand on heart, I honestly would have done a similar thing to this, possibly with added Right of Set Off goodness..(Where you take money out of the punter's accounts, because they owe it to the bank on, say, their credit card)
I'm better now, but until you've worked in one of these hellholes, you can't predict how it'd make you react.
Obviously, I'd want to maim the cnut that changed MY P.I.N. now, but that's a different matter...

Trust meI spent 10 years in retail - the high point of which was being called a fucking cunt by an angry punter - however I exacted revenge on the individuals who pissed me off, not random punters who had done nothing wrong.
