I'd agreeApart from a few exceptions, the vast majority of folk I've worked with have been fine.
I think mostly it's what you make of it. I've probably been as guilty of winding up colleagues in various ways as they have with me. I suppose the only good sign is that a lot of colleagues have become great friends over the years.
