mooooonI once saw a huge full moon rise between the two windmills just outside of Brighton. Wish I'd had a camera!
Also saw the sun rise under the Bay Bridge, while I was riding across the Golden Gate Bridge on a motorcycle. That time I did have a camera - but you can't stop on the Golden Gate.
On a beach party, I saw the sun set, followed by the full moon rising, then crossing the sky and setting, just as the sun rose again. That really makes you aware that you're on a spinning planet!
