A cold chicken's foot. This may be a Chinese delicacy, but I have never, ever come quite so close to hurling at the dinner table. Never again.

In a kind of brine sauce. Made worse by my chinese colleagues slurping chickens feet off chopsticks with evident relish. A real delicacy, apparently.

but apparently they need to have the sauce right, otherwise they're horrid. As a result I don't want to chance it by going into any old Chinese restaurant and asking for them in case I do throw up!
