Or Continental?
On an internal flight from Chicago to San Fransisco I was given a tray that had on it:
1. Mini can of root beer soda
2. Small bag of "beef" jerky
3. Packet of technicolor puffed rice bits
4. Plastic cutlery(!)
I laughed out loud when the stewardess passed it to me and said I must have been given a child's meal by mistake. She scowled and just pointed to the (adult) passengers next to me who were tucking in to their identical delicacies.
I handed it back and asked for a bag of nuts instead as I tend to only eat things recognisable as food. She said in all seriousness that they'd "never had any complaints from Europeans before". Well bravo, sweetie.
