My teeth are getting rather squished and starting to hurt...I've already had two teeth removed on each of the top and bottom of my mouth. I may be looking at extraction at some point in my life, or possibly braces again. I'm not a happy bunny, being now in my twenties and having had braces TWICE in my teens. However this is good advice and I will remember it! Don't eat the delicious bread in my sleep... Got it! =p
