why eat the organs that taste like piss?
Also, why do people eat organs that have such disgusting functions? Surely lungs and brains are less disgusting than pissy, bile-y liver and kidneys? Maybe lungs taste even worse.

Lungs are hard to boil as they float on top of the water and push the pan lid off.

Roast lung maybe?
Google says "roast venison lung puff treats for dogs". Doesn't sound very nice. Can't be worse than a steak and kidney pie though. If I wanted my steak pie to taste vaguely of urine, I'd piss on it myself.
