There are a couple of items I properly contest though.
Cheddar spiced with flecks of chilli is very nice. I was going to say that i'd enjoyed some stilton with cranberries in but I couldn't decide if it should be savoury or sweet.
That reminded me though of grandma's cheesecake. Cream cheese mixed with marshmallow transforms into the best textured cake filling imaginable.
