You can make a sort of halva spreadout of tahini and honey, just spread the tahini and dribble the honey on top. Utterly gorgeous on buttered white crusty bread.
Actual halva is much the same, mixed better and baked. All these nutty and chocolate additives are unnecessary distractions in my book - it's superb just as it is.
