I have been saying for years that there has to be a way to stop egg yolk congealing. It would make a great sauce, so I wouldn't have to risk the greasy spoon overcooking my egg.
I believe I will have a sausage and egg sarnie for breakfast tomorrow. Like I did today. And last friday. And the thursday…
