Absolutely
That's my point. Jalepeno's may well be 'relatively' mild. And there is nothing wrong with a scale measuring them against one another so you know what to expect, but if someone has a Jalepeno and finds it too hot for them, it's hot on absolute terms for them and for anyone to clain otherwise is either ignorance or obstinance.
