Holy shit O_oRemember kids: inappropriate speed is a very bad thing.
Dead right on the comment about the speed limit though: how is reducing the limit from 60 to 40 going to stop someone driving at 130? It's a stupid kneejerk reaction and it's probably made the road more dangerous now through people getting frustrated from driving unnecessarily slowly.
