barszczI make it weekly. Three large beetroots sliced; one large red onion chopped; five cloves or garlic; two bay leaves; two table spoons of balsamic vinegar and a dash of pepper. Boil in water for 30 mins, the sieve and add a chicken stock cube to the liquid. Serve with instant noodles.
Crap purple.
