6 years later they went in from the back....due to my mutant healing powers, the bone they fused in didn't stop growing and ended up pressing on my spinal cord so they had to cut the bits out and stop it killing me. The scar on the front of my neck is neat and difficult to find, the one on the back looks like I've been chainsawed and then stapled back together by a blind epileptic.
