Lenses & LASIKI agree with your concern about Govt relaxing rules for 3rd party contact lens purchase. At the moment you must present a valid (1 yr) certificate to the 3rd party supplier to enable lens purchase. Having read of LASIK complication occurring years after procedure and actual blindness I can't help but think of the phrase 'lesser of two evils'.
